About time, right? The tenth edition of the ARRL Extra Class License Manual for Ham Radio is now obsolete. The new 11th edition is valid from 1 July 2016 to 30 June 2020. So…I’m rearranging the videos so that they match the new outline. (Contrary to what the book says, they really did rearrange quite a lot of material.) This video describes what I’m doing. It’s quite short, and tells you how to recognize the updated material from the material that doesn’t need updating. It all comes down to the color of the shirt!
