Skybeam still can’t get things fixed

My ISP, Skybeam.com, still hasn’t fixed my Internet speeds. I’m supposed to get 5 Mbps up and 2 Mbps down, but I’m getting the opposite. Now today they tell me it’s a “tower issue” and they’re “working on it.” But with no ETA. 2 Mbps may sound like a lot, but it’s not, considering I can’t even watch my own YouTube videos! I’ve been in this state since at least Dec 8th, so we’re coming up on a month now. Do they know how their own network works?
