To my great surprise, upon checking Ouray County Road 9, I found it quite dry and approachable. Even the normal mudholes are dry. The road is blocked by fallen trees a few hundred yards short of the creek crossing.

I caught this waterfall across the arroyo in the corner of my eye. Further exploration revealed quite a waterfall.
