I am updating the Amateur Extra videos to conform to the 11th Edition of the ARRL Extra Class License Manual for Ham Radio. This video is the overall course introduction. It talks about what it means to be an Amateur Extra licensee, and discusses the League’s manual which will be used throughout the entire course.
